I never heard back from the owner or admin, and when I arrived, no one was there to let me in, so I had to book another hotel for both nights. A neighbor told me I wasn’t the only one who had that problem, and I consider this place a scam that should be removed from the site.

The experience was terrible and I’m still waiting for my refund; the address you gave me was wrong, yet I walked around looking for the hotel and found nothing—there’s no such place. I was charged in advance for a booking I made on Booking and it’s the first time something like this has happened to me; I thought the app was reliable, but I’d advise everyone to be careful.

The hotel doesn’t existe anymore. They don’t reply. I paid and they don’t refund me. The hotel doesn’t existe anymore. They don’t reply. I paid and they don’t refund me

It’s a fraud; how can the app list “hotels” without verifying them? The place does exist but isn’t a hotel, the customer service number belongs to a private individual, and the app and the promoted hotels are awful. The lack of security is supposed to give you confidence that the listings are real, yet it turned out to be a scam.
