Hotel San Giovanni

The reception is very friendly in a well‑organized, family‑run hotel. Located outside the nearby town of San Vito, the complex is well secured from the parking lot to the garden with a sun‑bedded lawn and direct beach access. The breakfast is good, and the host does everything to make sure guests have nothing missing. The nearest food options are about 500 m away in San Vita, where four venues exist but not all are open every day. The narrow, rocky beach in front of the hotel up to San Vito Beasch is only partially suitable for swimming.

The hotel is magnificent right on the beach, the reception is warm, the breakfast is hearty and delicious, and I recommend it 100 %. The shower is a bit too small, but otherwise there are no other negatives.

A small building just 20 m from the beach, beautifully decorated, perfect for a restful stay, with very friendly staff. For a charming hotel like this, a 140 cm bed is not enough.

A wonderful little hotel right next to the sea, very tidy with rooms, outdoor seating, a fridge in each room, and a generous breakfast. The owners were very friendly, giving us all the information we needed and great tips for local excursions. Parking is good and safe, and several nice restaurants are in the nearby fishing village of San Vito.

Barbara welcomed us very nicely, the breakfast was very good, and everything was served at the table. It is somewhat remote; there are four restaurants within walking distance, but unfortunately in September not all of them stay open in the evenings. Getting to Polignano Mare requires a car.
