The entire experience—room, hotel, spa, location, food—felt so luxurious! It was a splurge for us, not our usual travel style, and it was the ideal reset halfway through our two‑week trip; I only wish I’d booked more than one night, it was truly magical.

A very elegant 5‑star hotel; rooms and breakfast are flawless, but the minibar lacks drink glasses entirely—only a water glass is provided, which is a noticeable shortfall for such a property.

Everything was superb! Huge thanks to the entire team for excellent service, especially Natalia at reception. From the first minutes we were surrounded by care and attention—top‑level professionalism!

The hotel is very high‑level; the staff were amazing at reception, dining, and the spa, which is indulgent and the rooms are very large, but the location is a bit far from the shops—getting back up to the hotel can be a bit hard for older people.
