The room was fine, but there was a lack of staff at reception. We were confused by the entrance door’s opening system and had to retrieve the key in a very dark hallway 😡 The room had everything needed to make coffee or tea, but nothing was on the tray. At 80 and 81 years old we don’t like being treated by a “robot”.

The location is central, the room is fairly large and comfortable, and it’s very handy that there’s a fridge in the room. Nothing to complain about.
