“Hotel con gran potencial pero muy deteriorado por falta de mantenimiento”

The room had animals nearby, parking was convenient, and the air conditioning worked well. However, it was dirty with spider webs everywhere—behind doors, under lamps, and even spiders scuttling around. I understand being in nature makes cleanliness tough, but webs that have been there for half a year and active spiders are unpleasant. I asked for cleaning, but nothing happened. The toilet was grimy with paint, the sink was dirty, and overall the furniture and infrastructure felt poorly maintained. The room and common areas were dim, towels were frayed and worn, and it seemed the place hadn't hosted guests in years.

The room was huge and comfy, and I loved the outdoor baths. Watching monkeys, iguanas, and gatusas in the hotel gardens was a real highlight. The main entrance was under construction and gave a rough first impression, but I get that they're upgrading things over time.

“Lugar cómodo y bonito”

The rooms were pretty, the outdoor bath was cool, and the private parking was a plus. The staff were friendly, especially James. The infrastructure needs some upkeep and the breakfast could use more variety, but overall it was fine.

“Pésima experiencia”

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. Everything else was a nightmare: the pool was in disrepair, the room smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned for our stay, curtains, balcony, furniture, sheets, and armchair were all dirty, the bathroom had animal droppings, towels were stained, and there were cobwebs everywhere.
