It was listed online. The staff's attitude was poor and there was no hygiene. They gave us tap water to drink, which caused infections. Power cuts were frequent, the lift smelled bad, and the restaurant was non‑functional.

My stay at Vedic Alaknanda was nothing short of breathtaking, thanks to its stunning Alaknanda River view and serene atmosphere. The food was truly exceptional, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that left me wanting more. I must extend my gratitude to the talented cook, Rohit, for his incredible meals and warm hospitality.

I was thoroughly impressed by the view and ambiance of this hotel, which made for an incredible travel experience. The food was remarkably homely and perfect for travelers, and I appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere. However, I did notice that the hotel could have been cleaner, but I understand that they were understaffed at the time, and I'm confident they'll address this issue in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its delicious breakfast, friendly owner, and breathtaking views of the mountains and river. The communication was excellent, and I appreciated the helpful and caring nature of the staff. Overall, I couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay.
