I never learned that maid service had to be requested, and that towels and trash removal weren’t automatic; I’m still used to those services being provided without asking.

The toilet seat in my room was loose, the bathroom faucet knobs leaked, mold was present at the bottom of the shower glass and the vanity, which seemed too tight to reach for cleaning, and there was an ink stain on the carpet about the size of a dollar bill.
