The beds were too high and I had a hard time getting in; the staff tried to move us to the second floor, but I was using a walker and there was no elevator, so they eventually placed us on the first floor.

The place is well‑located and clean. The shower water pressure was fantastic. Our king room had plenty of space for a comfortable recliner, which is a plus, but that corner was just empty space…
