“Misleading location and poor customer service”
The housecleaning staff were nice. The hotel description suggests that it is near the city centre, but in reality, we had to take a taxi for approximately 20 minutes each time we wanted to go into the city. This was inconvenient and cost us extra money. We also had a very disappointing experience with the staff regarding breakfast. Despite our confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included for all 6 guests, the hotel refused to honour it because of an error in its own system. We spent over 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue and subsequently missed our flight. Even after confirmed that we were entitled to breakfast, the hotel refused to offer compensation. Overall, we felt that the hotel was not particularly foreigner-friendly, and the way our complaint was handled was extremely disappointing. I would recommend checking the location carefully and confirming all booking details directly with the hotel before staying here
