Comfortable and essential room.

A welcoming and clean environment, easily reachable and visible from the street. Plenty of parking and quality dining. Staff courtesy and availability. The only improvement I can think of is adding something “savory” to breakfast; otherwise, nothing to report.

The place was well‑situated near San Giovanni Rotondo, with a beautiful setting, an attached restaurant and pizzeria, excellent breakfast, spotless cleanliness, and friendly staff who were quick to meet every request. I recommend it.
