“Bis auf die steinharten Betten alles annehmbar-Preisleistungsverhältnis klafft jedoch außeinander.”
The breakfast was good, all areas were clean, and the staff were friendly, but the front‑desk lady was extremely forgetful, causing many misunderstandings. The beds were rock‑hard; if we’d known, we’d have taken painkillers before bed, and we still have back pain. The carpets stretch as far as the eye can see, who still uses those? The bathroom is a pea‑green shade, just like at grandma’s.
The service was excellent and the kitchen was superb.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was very good.
Everything was perfect, nothing was lacking.
The wellness area and indoor pool were truly great, but the room was cramped and the wardrobe was unusable and in the way. The shower was small but fine, and the beds were fine. The restaurant only serves the menu, but there’s another place in town that’s lucky.
