The place was spotless and modern, and when I had a family loss, Hilton was very understanding and refunded my second night—thanks a lot. The staff and efficiency left something to be desired.

It’s ridiculous to have to pay for parking and then have no security to watch your car; that needs to change immediately.

The check‑in staff were rude and belligerent, my room key didn’t work, the bathroom layout was awkward with the door needing to be closed to enter and the sink outside the toilet area, there was no remote control, no breakfast option, and it was totally overpriced for a Doubletree.

Everything was very nice, quiet, clean, and beautiful, but you still have to pay for parking.
