The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly.
“Regular”
Most of the things. The air conditioning leaked water, there was almost no light, the AC would turn off and heat up, and there was a lot of noise.
“Adecuada”
When I arrived, the room lacked double safety; I asked for a swap and the second room had the same issue. It wasn’t until the third room that I finally got one with double safety. There were rust stains around the door frame, but the bed was clean. The staff’s service and attention were excellent and they were attentive to my request.
The lobby staff are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms have very little lighting.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff very attentive. The infrastructure needs a bit of maintenance.
