Valentina, the owner, is super nice and hospitable, and the apartment is roomy enough for two friends to be very comfortable.

I stayed at a recently renovated B&B, which is great except for the lack of air conditioning. A young couple runs it with passion, and they also own a cellar where you can taste wines or enjoy an aperitif. The red wines are excellent, made with respect for the environment and the consumer (only naturally occurring sulfites from fermentation). I personally bought their Nebbiolo and the more structured Pinot Nero, and we also tried the wonderful aperitif! The only downside is the missing AC, but the climate has changed and heat is noticeable there too.
