The place is beautiful, but the parking costs 30€ and the staff didn’t mention it.

The room was huge in an old converted school, and there’s a parking lot and a pizzeria café downstairs. The only drawback is that there’s no view, gardens, or pool.

The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind. The spot is perfect, close to the city center, and you can keep your car for 30€ a night. The breakfast we had at the bar‑restaurant downstairs was good.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from a beautiful viewpoint, the steps down to Isola Bella, and a quick stroll up the hill to the main street. Being next to the main bus terminal is also great for logistics. The downside is that the facilities are not great: the toilet felt very wobbly, the shower only offered either freezing cold or boiling hot water, and the blinds outside my window wouldn’t move up or down, so I had to keep them fixed to let light in and make sure I changed in the bathroom.
