We loved the spot because it was close to the train lines and there were several cafés nearby that offered gluten‑free options, which was great for me. The staff were also very helpful and kind. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, but we managed.

The phone cable was neatly stored in the desk drawer. There was an air purifier and everything was clean. The pillows came in three types with different firmness and sizes. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and more (though I only watched YouTube). Even though I didn’t request it, the front desk quickly switched my smoking room to a non‑smoking one when I checked in (only smoking rooms were available at booking). There were plenty of amenities. The only minor issue was that a TV was placed at the foot of the bed.

The room was clean and quiet, breakfast lived up to its reputation with plenty of tasty options, the underground passage let us reach the venue regardless of weather, and every staff member greeted us with a smile, making the stay very pleasant.
