Friendly staff ready to help and rooms in good spots with comfy beds, but on one day we ran out of water because of a hotel issue.
“Bom, mas poderia melhorar bastante”
Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, though some items weren’t top quality, and the heated pool was nice; the location was central and easy to reach, but the parking access could be better. The room photos didn’t match reality, sea views were very limited, the gym was very basic and could use more space, and the jacuzzi should be in a more enclosed or protected spot. The hotel is under renovation, the reception has been updated but isn’t fully organized yet, the room bathroom was very old, and parking was included but there was no valet; guests had to use the car‑lift in the parking building.
Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about, and there was nothing that didn’t meet expectations.

Breakfast offers a wide range of choices, and I loved how close the hotel is to the sea and the main avenue, plus it’s right next to Central Avenue, full of shops that stay open late; the whole area feels very safe.

I liked everything and the staff were very welcoming, and honestly I liked everything.
