“I’m sure the problem we experienced was incidental, and it was taken care of prompt by the staff. We will definitely go”
The property was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly! The guest staying on the floor above us was extremely loud until almost 11 PM. We ended up calling the front desk twice because of the disturbance.
“Delightful”
The room was spotless, cozy, and silent; breakfast tasted great, and the staff were both helpful and friendly, making this place a solid value.
“Gem in NE ohio”
The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast in the morning was good; I just wish there had been a fan.
“It was close to where we wanted to go”
I liked the area, and I have nothing negative to add.
“Stayed there 3 nights and the family above us decided to jump around the room until after midnight each night. Please p”
It was convenient for our purpose of being there, and I have no complaints.
