The price and facilities were good, but the lockers couldn’t be locked and the deposit we paid was not held—likely for locker keys, for example.

The front desk staff was incredibly lazy and rude; I asked her to inspect my room because it wasn’t clean, and she just shrugged and said “it is what it is.” She never even stood up to do anything. I don’t care about a refund; I’m just going to book somewhere else and I’ll never return or recommend this place.
