1. I can’t generalize, but every day I was offered moldy food for breakfast. Unacceptable. 2. I asked for a shirt to be washed and they demanded cash, refusing to charge the room; I asked for double or triple the laundry price to be billed to the room, but they said it wasn’t possible. I don’t see why the hotel can’t pay the laundry. Their service attitude was horrible. I won’t return.
