I was pleased that the bed and sheets were clean, but the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The window above the bed wouldn’t close, the shower was on the floor without a hook, and the door rattled so I had to tape paper to stop it. The toilet seat was loose on the bowl, and we didn’t know about the steep staircase up to the first floor.
