1. Lage, 2. Wir sind Hao aus der Rezeption für die schnelle, unkomplizierte Hilfe. Dazu auf Englisch!. Frühstück war grausam. Geschmackloses Essen, Personal währen des Frühstücks komplett überfordert. Kommunikation auf Englisch war leider nicht möglich

The staff were friendly, the room was large, the walk‑in shower was good size, breakfast was decent, the central location meant the West Lake was within walking distance, and it was still quiet. The automatic toilet didn’t dispense water from the podushka, and the mirror over the hallway sink had a light that didn’t work. We’re just pointing this out for the hotel’s information; we’d still book again.

The waiter was extremely courteous and the toilet featured a smart bidet. The building felt a bit dated, and the main entrance had roughly ten steps with no one to help carry luggage.
