The best service among hotels in Vietnam.

The service and staff were exceptional, greeting us every day and ensuring all our needs were met while offering helpful advice. We loved our time here and highly recommend it; the smaller size meant we felt like family. One of our rooms had hot‑water issues.

The room was spacious. The internet was slow and the staff were pushy about getting reviews.

The bed was the most comfortable in Vietnam! The service was excellent, and the breakfast was tasty and varied—perfect!
