We were incredibly positive about this concept. The peace and many offerings were great. There were several bars, a music room, a reading corner, a coffee lab, and an excellent breakfast! The location is also superb, with many bus connections to the city and a nice park with a playground.

The hotel is the nicest I've stayed at in a long time, with a welcoming community vibe and plenty of open spaces for families to play, a game room, and a coffee and drinks station. The onsen/spa was top‑class, and the location right next to a park made it even better.

The place is amazing. Free drinks on the 2nd and 3rd floors—including wine, beer, soft drinks, and water—plus snacks every day. A 20‑minute walk from the station. Clean, comfortable, and the laundry was very cheap. No negatives.

The ambiance and the park behind. The staff were inflexible. We wanted breakfast but was told that we have to pay a higher price because: we didn't make a reservation a day earlier despite we were the staying guest. The complimentary coffee on the 2nd floor was not easily available
