“Good location. Walking distance to Sim Lim Square and Tower.”
The room offered a nice view of the local area, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and it had a fridge and functional air‑conditioning. However, the shower water was never warmer than lukewarm.
The service was good.
The room was so tiny. Cleaning done only after 48 hours. Linen was not changed. No elevator, no porter, had to carry my heavy luggage to & from 3rd floor

The location is convenient because it’s near the MRT, but the staff are horrible. They never clean the room during a guest’s stay; everything must be requested at reception, and no one will answer calls between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. If you ask for cleaning, they’ll say it will be done by 5.00 pm. A single woman should never stay here; it’s unsafe for solo female travelers. There is no lift, no staff will help you, and there is a lot of noise from other rooms and the road. For the price, it feels more like a dormitory than a 3‑4 star hotel.
