It’s a traditional house, but it was impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was amazing – both dinner and breakfast had seasonal menus that were delicious no matter what I chose. I’d go just for the meals! The only downside is that, being a traditional house, the room can’t be locked (sliding paper walls), so I felt a bit uneasy about security.

Both dinner and breakfast left me very satisfied. The overall atmosphere of the building was also very good. I would have liked a kettle in the room. The hallway lights turning on at night was a bit annoying.

The dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The staff were very friendly and I felt they had a good personality. The stairs are steep, and the only toilet on the first floor is far from the bedroom, which might be tough for elderly guests.
