The location is convenient, close to the center. The room was a bit small, and the front desk offered little information about nightlife options in Ha Long.

The welcome was really warm, the room was clean and practical and the pool was decently sized, but the breakfast lacked any sweets – we ate orange jam for three days and there were no pastries. After a month in Vietnam this was the first time I even checked the room before leaving (actually the first time in my life), and I found the late‑departure charge excessive given the hotel was far from full, which might have justified a lower price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from Sunworld. However, I did find the breakfast options to be a bit limited for my Western taste. Perhaps they could consider adding some more international dishes to cater to guests from different backgrounds.

I was pleased to find that this hotel was located in the heart of the city, although it was a bit farther from the beach than I had expected. The staff were also very friendly and did a great job of keeping the hotel clean and tidy.
