The property is superb! An extraordinary spot with a concept that works flawlessly. We’d love to stay there for a long time. The bedding is exceptional, and we sleep wonderfully. The bikes are very uncomfortable and the rental price is excessive for their condition. The breakfast service doesn’t match the hotel’s standard, and we would have preferred a more intimate setting than the restaurant’s dining room. That was disappointing.

The location, design, staff helpfulness, original décor, and spacious room were all great. However, like many other hotels, there weren’t enough power outlets for multiple devices, the boiling water dispenser leaked and caused an electrical issue, and there was a queue for a table at breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and the location is great – everything is within walking distance. I loved learning about the history of the canal houses that now make up the hotel.
