The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, the room amenities were nicely done, the rooms were very comfortable, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home; the hospitality was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the value for money was good, the experience matched the price, and the location was close to transportation and dining.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the facilities listed on the booking site were mostly missing, requiring constant asking; cockroaches were running in the room, even the chair needed to be requested, and more care is needed with the provided facilities.
