I liked the location because it’s almost facing the beach, but the lack of daytime quiet ruined my sleep. People laughed in the hallways, dragged luggage, and spoke loudly. One pool was broken, the other was filthy and unusable. The room was basic but well‑maintained. When I checked out, I had to stay at the reception, and a housekeeper accused me of leaving my luggage there, saying she would have to clean it but wouldn’t because I was still there and would leave soon—this was embarrassing. I wanted to use the pool and couldn’t. Fewer hallway noises, better pool cleaning, and clearer instructions for the housekeeper to avoid confronting guests at reception would help.
