The bathrooms were comfortable and clean, but the furnishings were dated.
The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness and services were definitely satisfactory.

The welcome and staff were friendly, courteous, professional, and available. The room was clean. Breakfast was good and varied, though it could be improved. The location is strategic, just steps from the center and ideal for walking without needing a car. However, the room, though spacious, felt a bit claustrophobic. There’s a construction site nearby causing some noise, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the area’s price‑quality balance feels a bit off.

“Ottimo, ci tornerei”
We stayed only two nights, but the property was excellent and the location superb. The staff were super courteous and ready to assist. I highly recommend it, especially given its proximity to the city center and the slopes. Nothing to complain about.
