The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked last minute after our flight was cancelled and the next flight was the following evening; when we checked in, the air‑con was broken. They promptly sent someone, moved us to a different room that worked, and arranged a late check‑out for a reasonable fee. Everyone was understanding, the service was nice, and the wings for a snack during the day were tasty and affordable. The air‑con issue was resolved, though.

The reception lady, Chireda—sorry for the misspelling—was wonderful, friendly, and efficient; checking in and out went smoothly, and breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect; we took a safe, beautiful night stroll. The bed in the room was excellent, letting us sleep like babies, and parking was great and secure. Moving around the hotel was easy. However, the room lacked a mini‑fridge, and the air was very dry, leaving us dehydrated; a cooler would have helped. The shower head could have been larger, and the warm water was very low, making showering a bit unpleasant—we normally shower together to save water. Shower gel was low on arrival and didn’t get refilled the next day. Breakfast was tasty, but the hot vegetables and fish cakes felt more like side dishes than breakfast; maybe replace them with sautéed mushrooms and fried tomato.

I liked the breakfast, the bed, the cleanliness, and the air‑cons. The room had no bar fridge, no iron, and I had to ask for ironing all the time.
