I liked the location, comfort, and décor, but the corridor lighting was annoying because the light leaked into the bathroom window, breaking comfort and privacy. The only window in the room faced a small, enclosed space where other rooms’ windows were very close, limiting privacy and natural light. Moreover, the staff didn’t show willingness to find a solution for breakfast timing, which was only served from 8:30 am while we needed it around 7:30 am. Even though breakfast was already paid for, no alternative was offered or any concern shown to help resolve the issue.

The staff were friendly, but the room was small, lacked storage, and faced the street with only simple curtains—no blackout option.
