Great facility, well maintained and conveniently located to reach the port for island hopping. The reception and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant didn’t live up to the facility; the menu offered several dishes but only a few were actually available when ordered.

“The view is magnificent.”

The hotel is very clean and well-kept with genuinely warm staff. I give the team a smile score of eighty‑five percent, as they were welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and is easily its strongest feature, offering a sense of calm and beauty that lifts the whole experience. The rooms themselves were tidy and presented neatly. Several aspects of the stay did not align with what the property advertises. The listing states that free Wi‑Fi is available, yet no Wi‑Fi was provided at all during my visit. The restaurant, which is promoted as offering American and local cuisines with a range of breakfast options, had only two breakfast choices and no coffee available. Many items listed on the menu simply were not offered, and I was told I received the last available hamburger. It gave the impression that the kitchen and management were under financial pressure and operating with restricted resources. The rooms were not soundproofed, and being positioned so close to the road meant traffic noise continued throughout the night. Although the website advertises a twenty‑four‑hour front desk with room service, reception actually closed at eight o’clock, leaving only a night watchman on duty. While the staff were pleasant and the property was clean, these missing amenities, the limited food options, and the persistent noise made the stay far less comfortable than expected. With these clear discrepancies between what was advertised and what was delivered, I feel the nightly rate should have been adjusted to better reflect the actual experience.

“Nice property but requires attention to detail”

1. Scenery 2. Room clealiness 3. Quiteness. 1. Damage shower door lock 2. Pool not so clean eg. Algae 3. Very average food for its price tag 4. Limited menu selection 5. Staff are polite but is not so confident of dealing with customer. She is not sure of details like booking and senior citizen discount & kitchen policy 6. No fridge inside the room 7. Pricey compared to an equivalent resort 8. Seen trashes along the beach
