Everything was a mess. The place felt like a disaster zone from the moment I walked in. No clean surfaces, broken fixtures, and the staff seemed clueless. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The terrace was a highlight, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. But it was a shame there was no kettle or two mugs for coffee, and the lighting in the lounge was pretty dim.
