The spot is great and the crew are top‑class in respect. The fridge makes a very faint noise that could use some attention, but otherwise everything’s fine.

The place is clean and well situated. The room smells like a smoking area, which makes it very uncomfortable.

The location and the staff are good. The rooms are small and there’s no lounge in the building.

I want to thank all the staff for their impeccable manners and taste, especially Mr. Hossam for his courteous and refined service. God bless everyone, you’ve done a great job. I hope the hotel keeps improving and becomes even better, God willing.
