The location was fine, but the bridge closure and the 383 bus reroute caused trouble; the receptionist couldn't tell me where to catch the 383 that runs down West 127 & Cicero Ave to the CTA Orange line, so I had to lug my luggage to about 5001 W 127th to get the bus. The receptionist’s lack of information and the long walk were frustrating, and the bed was far too hard.
