“Uroczy hotel i bardzo mili gospodarze”
Cala d'Or has a few live‑music spots and parties, the hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the centre so it’s close but you don’t hear the city’s bustle directly; Jennifer and Alexander are very friendly hosts, we chatted about Mallorca and travel in general, they recommended several beaches and restaurants and also warned us not to fall into tourist traps, which we’re grateful for. The room had a water jug, a small kettle, coffee and tea, a large comfortable bed, a wardrobe with hangers and a few small cabinets—enough for a few days. Staying here is worth a car; there’s free street parking, and you need to drive to better beaches because the ones in town are crowded. A small downside: the hotel is charmingly decorated in an old style, which has its charm, but the room doors could be better sound‑proofed because you hear everything from the corridor. The hotel has no kitchen, just a bar, and we didn’t use the breakfast option so we can’t judge that. We went to nearby cafés.
