The hotel was quite clean and quiet. We stayed only one night and got plenty of rest. The bed was comfortable, and the location near the Chipichape shopping center is strategic. The air conditioner was very loud, and the facilities—especially the shower—need updating to keep the 4‑star status, even though everything else is very clean.

Everything was wonderful and my stay was fantastic. I arrived a day early by mistake and they couldn't provide a room, so I had to find another place; the receptionist only offered me to stay elsewhere for the night. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable, though it could use a bit more friendliness from the staff.

It’s very close to the mall and supermarket, offers a good breakfast, and the area feels safe. I’ve used it before for a business trip and it’s perfect for travelers with meetings. The old TVs and the lack of a good sky view from my room were disappointing, and I was only given one key card per room—internationally they should issue two. There’s no pool or jacuzzi, even though the website advertised them.

The location and breakfast were fine, especially the kindness and professionalism of the dining room manager. The room and bathroom had little light; a warmer daytime light would help, and the bathroom didn’t get the usual replacement of amenities, though overall the hotel feels clean. We booked for four days but had to move the return trip forward; at checkout they didn’t give us a statement that we only stayed three days and told us to sort it out with booking. I’m not sure if we were charged for all four nights because we had no signal on the road to contact booking, so the lack of clarity and empathy from the reception staff was unpleasant.
