Het personeel doet alles wat mogelijk is om te helpen. De lift was kapot, ik ben slecht ter been, en ondanks dat ik dus nu wel een trap moest lopen, hebben ze er alles aan gedaan om me te helpen met het dragen van koffers en de rollator, ik hoefde maar even te bellen. Mooie grote kamer, heerlijk ontbijt met zelfs verse omeletten en spiegeleieren. De lift was kapot. Treetjes voor de ingang. Badkamer was klein

I like that you can sit on the balcony and smoke there, but since I stay regularly I keep noticing the service, equipment and cleanliness getting worse while prices keep rising; there were times you could book a suite for 120€, but those days are long gone. This time the elevator didn’t work and the chair in the room should have been cleaned.

Nice, tidy rooms that are quite spacious, but we tried calling reception up to three times and they were unreachable, and the elevator was broken.
