The staff were very friendly, but parking was scarce so I had to park in the back of another building, which felt sketchy for a solo traveler; the room itself was dirty with hair in the shower walls and drain, and clipped nails on the nightstands and on the floor.

No parking, water leaking in the ceiling, the fire alarm tripped, and there were stains on the ceiling.

The location was convenient and easy to get to shops and restaurants, but I avoided the free breakfast after spotting a roach on the counter; I killed it, yet the front desk agent just shrugged and said “okay,” which was unacceptable. The overall cleanliness was poor: elevator floors were dirty, hallway carpets were dirty, and both rooms were unclean. Even after I photographed the first room and asked for a move, the second room’s bathroom was just as bad.
