The hotel was superb with a breathtaking mountain panorama, a spacious room, top‑class staff and an exceptional breakfast, but the room felt a little too warm without air conditioning.

Breakfast was excellent, and the spa was probably the best we’ve ever seen, even compared to hotels 2‑3 × more expensive; service overall was pretty good. A hotel of this caliber should include electric vehicle charging instead of charging customers for it. Parking capacity was insufficient, forcing us to park on the street with our car half blocking passing traffic. We left the keys with reception, who promised to move them to the underground parking but never did. Dining outside at the bar was a nightmare: we waited an hour for food, were mischarged, and the waiter showed no interest or concern; only after we complained did they remove the item from the bill.

The staff were friendly, the infrastructure and location were great, and the Spa Wellness area was excellent; nothing was lacking.

The hotel’s location and panoramic view were amazing, the staff were friendly, and the hospitality from reception to the restaurant was outstanding—thanks to everyone (Daniele Lori, Maria Magdaule, Sandra, and Omaima).
