The location was suitable, right in the city center, but there was no room‑cleaning service during my 5‑day, 4‑night stay, and finding parking was tough, especially around dinner time, because of the many nearby restaurants and eateries.

The TV has YouTube, which is nice. The nearby food stalls are in the area. The roof leaks, the toilet has insects, and the water heater is broken.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room quality for the price I paid, and the night staff were helpful when I asked about parking in Bintulu, which was my first visit there. The hotel’s scent was fresh and pleasant. However, the check‑in lady was unfriendly, had no smile, and seemed rude, saying “parking sini bayar ooo!” after seeing my ID from Kuching, with a tight expression on her face.
