The staff were very nice, especially the reception. We were immediately given the most important information about the surroundings, the rail network, the hotel, and the parking. The breakfast was plentiful and was constantly refilled.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very large, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection and everything was fresh. The mattress was sagging, the TV was quite small for the distance from the bed, and there was no air conditioning.

The staff were very open and helpful; I was late for check‑in and they responded instantly and helped me get into the apartment, even though it was almost 10 pm local time – that was awesome. The check‑in desk probably closed after 9 pm, but they warned me about it, so there’s almost nothing to complain about, and the helper arrived within 5 minutes as mentioned.
