The place was horrible, with ants crawling everywhere—including the bed—, the bath sink was stained and rusted all over, and the breakfast was not worth trying.

The spot was convenient for events at the convention centre, but you’d have to ask for toilet paper – it’s just downhill from there.

The hotel sits very close to our conference venue and is within walking distance of the Indonesian Convention Exhibition (ICE), plus there are plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. However, the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, fell below an acceptable standard and needs improvement; otherwise, the facilities are tolerable.

At least it’s close to Aeon Mall. The hotel was less than a youth hostel, the staff were nice but the room was horribly dirty, the toilets were yellow and not cleaned, the bathtub and sink were filthy, the bed sheets seemed unwashed for several times, and the towels were sticky and dirty – we had to buy our own towels, bedsheets, and even shower gel. The noise was unbearable, with everyone’s conversations, cleaning sounds, and corridor music all audible, and the breakfast menu and hygiene standards need serious review.
