The price was right during the Wiesn and Expo Real, but I’ve been staying here for many years and it hasn’t been renovated in a long time; at some point the hot water in my room stopped, and the man in the downstairs breakfast room doesn’t speak a word, doesn’t greet, and isn’t friendly.

The hotel is quiet, located behind a busy street with an inner courtyard where you can sit outside. The room was comfortable with a good bed. Breakfast was simple. The living room is nice. I missed the email about check‑in, so I had no code. Other guests helped us get the key out of the lockbox. There is no reception, which isn’t a big deal if you have the info ready.

The location is great for reaching the town centre and Oktoberfest, the bed was clean and comfy, the safe was easy to use, and the coffee at breakfast was nice. However, the shower was almost cold and never warmed up, a strong sewer smell came from the bathroom, and we had to pick up our key and instructions from an outside safe with all the directions in German—Google helped us figure out how to access the room. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options that didn’t match the pictures, and the few items weren’t refilled promptly by the staff.

The room was clean and pretty, but the staff were not friendly; they gave us the wrong breakfast time, and even though we arrived at the official hour, they took our food away while we were there and didn’t offer us a glass of water.

Die Lage zentral ist für einen Aufenthalt in München Zentrum perfekt. Der Preis - natürlich dem Oktoberfest geschuldet, daher gilt dies für die gesamte Hotellerie während der Wiesn - ist total überteuert
