The staff were welcoming, and the location was great.

The staff seemed unaware of our booking, and only one room was ready even though we had booked two. My daughter opened the closet and found geckos, and when she opened the curtain a spider stared at me. I turned to talk to my wife at the end of the bed and saw a cockroach run up her arm; I caught it as it reached her neck. Enough is enough. Sorry.

I stayed in a bungalow that was simple Thai‑style accommodation and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the location was very close to town. Nothing to mention.
The plug sockets next to the bed, clean showers and bathrooms, money exchange, sim top‑up, and the very friendly and supportive staff made this stay a must‑book experience!
The lady was so friendly, breakfast was perfect with rice porridge, the rooms are nice and clean, the gardens are nice, and there are plenty of chill‑out spots with views of the lake—great stop before the border. Food options are just 1 km away. The only downside was that the air‑con was a little noisy, but once the evening cooled down it could be switched off.
