The only bright spot was that the linens were clean. First of all, the room isn’t suitable for three people – it’s tiny. Most annoying was the bathroom: no ventilation, no fan, and a folding door. The sewage smell was hard to endure, and we had to keep the door and window open at 10‑12 °C. Since it’s on the courtyard side, a simple window in the bathroom opening onto the courtyard would have solved everything without bothering anyone. The furniture was old.

The hosts were friendly, very helpful, and the location was good, but the sheets were synthetic – the only place in Romania I’ve stayed where they weren’t cotton.

The location was great and the place was clean, but we called the host to confirm arrival after 10:00 pm, and she said she’d already given our room with AC to someone else. Had I known there was no AC, I wouldn’t have booked it, especially with the heat. The bathroom and shower were just pathetic.
