The cleaning was not up to par and there was a bad odor in the room.

The property was clean and very nice, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and tidy—highly recommended.

The staff were accommodating and welcoming, but the location and lack of some amenities were disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean with new furnishings, but there were a few small issues that could improve the service quality: the entrance ramp was very narrow, almost a centimeter for large cars; there was mold/moisture on the lower walls; the hair dryer was practically unusable and seemed like it might explode at any moment; the toilet paper was almost insufficient (a quarter of a roll for one night); there was no trash bin in the room; the pillows were very low; and adjusting the shower water was extremely difficult, going from freezing to scalding in a moment and wasting a lot of water in the process.
