“Discusting and unfit even for an animal to stay in”

After a 6‑hour drive from London to Cornwall we showed up to a filthy caravan that had never been cleaned: dirty beds, soaked towels piled on the kitchen floor, pubic hairs everywhere in the shower, a dirty toilet, filthy carpets, unclean floors, broken furniture, and dirty crockery still in the sink. The caravan was a private sublet at Trevella holiday park, and the owner did not cooperate with a refund for the 3 nights. We had to leave and find another place, staying with an 87‑year‑old. Read the comments above. I already filed a complaint with customer services, who are supposed to reply within 24 hours, so maybe your team can respond.
